15 days Return and Refund Policy


Aahira Diamonds is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction concerning the products available on our website. We strive to provide each guest with an experience that makes them confident in their purchase.

We are confident that diamonds you buy from us bring you love and many years of joy. However, for any reason, you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the product, you can avail our 15 days return policy and choose to return the order.

Free returns are only applicable for domestic orders or customers in India.

The Product will not be accepted under 15 days Return & Refund Policy if the tag is removed. The Product should be accompanied with Copy of Invoice for the refund under Return and Refund Policy. During the quality check by our quality team, if any item shows sign of wear and tear or has been resized, not in its original form, altered, damaged or with any missing parts, the Product will not be accepted under the15 day Return & Refund Policy. However, our lifetime Buy Back policy will be applicable for the same.

Products which are customized, make to order / Be spoke jewellery, engraved, Gold Coins, Rakhi and products purchased using promotion code or discount coupon are not eligible for 15 days Return and Refund Policy. However, they are eligible for returns under Lifetime exchange and Buy Back Policy. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your eligible refund amount. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

How to return a Product?  Place call to our CRM team or write to us at business.aahira@gmail.com  |  info@aahiradiamonds.com requesting the return of the product.

Once the product is received, inspected and approved by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with packaging guidelines to return the product. Shipping details will be sent to you once your return is confirmed and your availability date is confirmed for the pickup of shipment by our courier agent for the return of the product.


Returns and Cancellations

Are the Goods Insured?

Absolutely, yes.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself or delivered and received by someone on your behalf then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by the brand and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.


Return and refund policy

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us and we will sort it out for you.


Product exchange policy

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us so we can arrange it for you.
